Wild Yoga

Melissa teaches an intuitive form of hatha yoga with a deep foundation in traditional approaches. By using internal sense and sensation oriented ways of moving into and within the poses the experience allows you to listen inwardly for the source of your practice. Melissa has over four decades practicing yoga and has been teaching and training teachers since 1999. 

Melissa is available for private individual and group classes and also offers a unique one-on-one teacher training program for practitioners with 5 years of yoga experience and a desire to deepen their inner connection to source through advanced studies and teaching.
